SHEC Advanced played a key role in transforming the historic Al-Manoufi House in Jeddah’s Old Town into the Tarek Abdulhakeem Musical Museum, under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture.
Our scope commenced with the initial feasibility study and extended through detailed structural assessments, redesign supervision, and on-site execution oversight.

The project included the preservation of the heritage Mankabi stone walls, reconstruction of the existing structural slabs, and the installation of a new rooftop steel structure — achieving a balanced integration between cultural preservation and modern engineering excellence.
